Is there a minimum or maximum number of contacts allowed for a contact request?

Minimum

We recommend having no less than 20 contacts in a single contact request.

Putting in a smaller number of contacts does not mean you’ll get your requests back faster. The request system works on a first come, first serve basis, so if there's an order of 400 contacts in front of you it will be processed before your request. To prevent overburdening the system with single-requests, we recommend that you ask for at least 20 contacts in any contact request.

Maximum

We strongly recommend 100-400 contacts per contact request.

A larger request can prevent you from iterating down the road. If you blast all possible targets at once, the campaign will take longer to run and you'll have less targets available for your improved campaign. The recommended approach is for smaller, targeted campaigns that give you time to iterate your messaging and encourage increased response rates over time.
