Billing Setup in First Bite

Setup your Billing Information if you’d like to purchase in-platform.
If you’d like to buy Contact Credits in First Bite, you can setup your billing information on our platform via Stripe (Link by Stripe). If this is your first time setting up your billing information in First Bite, follow the instructions below to add your payment of choice.
For those who have already completed initial setup, you can skip to step 3 and enter Manage Billing.
First Time Setup
Navigate to Settings > Account > Company

Enter the email address to send billing information and click
Save.Note: If an email address is already present but you'd like to edit this email, continue onto step 3 to manage your billing information.
Click on
Manage Billing.From this page, you can select to
Add Payment Method.Note: You can also
Update informationhere, including your billing email address.
Fill in your payment information.

An additional drop down will appear once your information is added.
Save your info.
Make sure your email address is correct.
Add your phone number.
Note: This information will be used for Two Factor Authentication if needed, so be sure it is accessible during purchases.

Click
Addto complete the setup.
The page should return to the initial Billing Management page and your payment method should be visible.

You can now make purchases within First Bite using the linked payment method. Click on “Return to First Bite, Inc” to return to the platform or close the page.
