Customize your sales pipeline by adding stages and win rates that reflect your team's workflow.
To customize your pipeline:
- Start on the “Sales Stages” tab in Settings.
- Click the pencil icon on a stage to edit its name, add a description, or adjust its expected win rate or average days to close.
- You can also create new stages, or delete any that are less helpful.
A few notes:
- A deal can only be in one stage at a time.
- Closed Won, Closed Lost, and Churn are not editable.
- Changes to win rates will impact LTV calculations and and other forecasts.
