How do I customize my sales pipeline?

Customize your sales pipeline by adding stages and win rates that reflect your team's workflow.

 
 

To customize your pipeline:

  1. Start on the “Sales Stages” tab in Settings.
  1. Click the pencil icon on a stage to edit its name, add a description, or adjust its expected win rate or average days to close.
  1. You can also create new stages, or delete any that are less helpful.
 

A few notes:

  1. A deal can only be in one stage at a time.
  1. Closed Won, Closed Lost, and Churn are not editable.
  1. Changes to win rates will impact LTV calculations and and other forecasts.
